When will my order arrive?
Each order is different. Items that are in stock are sent within a few working days. Other items are made to order, the estimated dispatch time is shown on each product page.
Can I cancel my order?
If it is a stock item you can cancel it or return it for a full refund minus postage costs. Limited editions artworks that are made to order, 24 Hour Art Clubs and Mystery Boxes cannot be returned.
Can I change my address?
If you have an error or have entered the wrong address, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it.
Will you be restocking a certain artwork?
Most artworks are limited edition and will not be produced again. There may be a different version or another artwork in the same series available in the future. Add your email to the mailing list in the footer to hear about all new releases.
Do you take commissions?
No.
